I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and left with a blown motor. Vehicle worked fine before that no warning lights etc. They broke the dip stick off in my motor and blamed it on a piston malfunction. S blown motor. I don't believe they replaced the engine. The replacement engine lasted 25,000 miles and it blew. They won't fix it now, they say it is out of warranty. Mind you there wasn't an issue with the car I had 54,000 miles on it. Now I have to hire an attorney as the car sits with a loan remaining and is non drivable. This place should be out of business. They charged a warranty $20,000 for something they caused and didn't fix and it barely made it 25,000 miles. I know other people with the exact same car and they don't have an issue, but they also didn't purchase from a Van Horn either. Don't buy from them. Save yourself the stress. When I went in for my oil change that day I had exactly 54,000 miles and they new by the time I came back for my next oil change I would be over 60,000 miles and out of warranty! They sabotaged my vehicle deliberately. I will prove this and take it to the news when I do. I will invest every penny I have to take them down. I purchased 6 vehicles from them in my life and the only vehicle I had an issue with was a brand new one under warranty. Go figure! I had to purchase another vehicle just to go to work. I will tell everyone to stay away from them. If GM had enough common sense they would cut ties with them. They give GM a bad reputation. More
