Took my truck there for a few recalls and my truck was hanging a DEF issue. While I was there, I also asked them to do an oil change and a fuel service. They called me and told me my truck was ready. I went and picked it up, settled up and went home. The next day I took my truck to town and the check engine light came on. Call my mechanic that live next-door to come check my truck out to make sure it was safe drive it back to the shop. He checked it out and found multiple problems that were not there before they worked on it. I now have a transmission leak a power steering leak. These are things that they did not even work on. Underneath the front end of my truck is completely saturated with power steering fluid. He also told me that they did not change my front fuel filter because there was still a lot of dust on the casing. My mechanic stated that would have been clean if they would’ve been in there. Took my truck back. The service advisor came out and looked at the issues. He told me that they never even worked on the power steering so I must’ve done that on the way home. He told me he trusted his technicians and they would not have left things like this. After he told me that I must’ve done it I asked him to have his general manager call me, I explained the rest of the issues and I felt like he just blew me off. He called me the next day and told me about half of list I gave him I noticed it was broken. I asked him about the other issues that he didn’t mention, and he kind of hohummed that everything was fixed. He also mouthed me and asked me what would you like me to do put it back on the rack and check it once again and I stated yes.! I get there to pick up my truck go in and talk with him and the service manager and they both told me two times that it was 100% good to go. They also explained to me at this time that they broke something on the power steering pump or line when they were doing a recall, also they damaged my transmission lines when fixing my DEF issue. Please note that they never explained this to me when I went and picked it up the first time that they tore anything up on my truck. They told me that the power steering fluid was residual fluid that they forgot to clean up. They blamed it on the technician. Ask him about the front fuel filter and they told me that they changed out two fuel filters because 2 filters were charged out which I still disagreed with them. I told him I didn’t believe him and I was gonna take it somewhere else to have that service done again they offered to give me my money back, which I said no. So after all the bickering back-and-forth, I went out in their parking lot and crawled underneath the front of my truck to see if the issues have been fixed. They did clean up all the power steering fluid and I did not see any leaks from there. Crawled underneath the cab where the transmission line was leaking to check it and it was still leaking. I went back in there and confronted them and the service manager didn’t believe me so he crawled underneath there and noticed that it was still leaking. He told me he would have to order a new part which was leaking and he also told me he would give it to me so my mechanic could install it which I stated no! I’m going to put this in here they told me they personally checked all these repairs. I asked him how hard it was to fix my truck and he had no answer all he kept saying was he sorry this shouldn’t happen. I asked once again to have the general manager, call me. I spoke with the store manager while I was there and he really wasn’t shocked about what was happening. He stated that he only trust one mechanic there. He calmed me down and I went home. The service manager called me the next day stating that once again he personally checked my truck and it was 100% fixed. He brought me my truck that day and explained again all the issues I ask once again to have the general manager call me, and I still have not heard from them. More

Service dept is a joke, told to be my jeep cherokee in on Thursday for fan light coming on and they would look at it friday. Called late friday, they didnt have time, said they would saturday, called saturda Thursday for fan light coming on and they would look at it friday. They wouldn't make time to even see want was was wrong with it, I bought this jeep here but will never again. Hope my jeep gets looked at and fixed monday More
