Dealer recently changed service personnel. Operator keeps putting incoming calls into the wrong voice mail box. Service personel have stolen handicapped placard on two occasions. This requires us to go to the Department of Motor Vehicles, stand in line half a day to get another placard. We will find another Hyundai dealer. More

I was very pleased with all aspects of this dealership except the financing department. A lower interest rate was made contingent on buying a weak extended warranty (1985.00) and a valueless, worthless ' except the financing department. A lower interest rate was made contingent on buying a weak extended warranty (1985.00) and a valueless, worthless 'theft gard" policy. Even though I can cancel the extended warranty, it appears I will still pay interest on it for the next six years! More

I'm surprised there are no ratings for this dealership. They are pretty well known for being the typical "stealership", or worse. I visited them once and they pulled every trick in the book on me. First they didn't have what I was looking for but tried to make me a "deal I couldn't resist" on a car I didn't want. That deal was sticker price. When I wouldn't buy they tried bringing the sales manager in for the hard sell. I took a quick disliking to him. Wouldn't return my car keys from the trade in appraisal. Of course they were returned by the sales manager when he came over. I left this place so mad I couldn't see straight. They own several branded dealerships and I have known people that have visited others and they all had similar experiences. Quite frankly this place seems to tick off everyone that walks in the door and as I said they have become known for their bad practices so I don't see how they stay in business. No one seems to stick around long enough to complete the purchase. More
