SERVICE DEPT Review- It took 3. 5 hrs for an oil change & minor recall update. Then the young tech refused to rotate my tire because he know better than me what’s safe and what’s no 5 hrs for an oil change & minor recall update. Then the young tech refused to rotate my tire because he know better than me what’s safe and what’s not. After a mere 20k mile the front tires are wearing poorly. Must be cheap good year tires. DO NOT fall for the supposed rapid / speedy / first come- first served. Express I service line. Not surer who you have hired to maintain all the positive comments on the thread but its obvious bunk. I will NEVER have my new $70K truck serviced the again. VERY Negative service experience. Let’s see how long the stays posted.... Sincerely Disappointed Customert. Get a new service manager. More
