Unreputable dealership Certified pre owned issue after issue. Tried calling service manager to go over vehicle problems. After an hour of straight calling and only being bro Certified pre owned issue after issue. Tried calling service manager to go over vehicle problems. After an hour of straight calling and only being brought back to receptionist, Drove there to have a face to face conversation to see what can be done. I felt as if I was just being pushed off. And was told straight up I rarely answer my phone. After finally reading code told me part would be ordered and he would give ME a CALL and if I dont hear from him in 4-5 days to CALL HIM.i asked for an appointment and was denied. He Didn't want to have to do a rescheduel if part didn't show. So were are on day 4 and no call no apt, NOTHING. Cant call him he "rarely answers his phone". So now I have to loose a day of work to drive back there and find out what is going on!!!! Joke!!!! Thought we go through a REPUTABLE dealership to have peice of mind with purchase and ease with issues. To me same as used car lot. More
