I took my Lincoln MKS in to the shop yesterday because there was a squealing noise in the brake system when I turned the car. It turned out to be a rock, which was removed. As always I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work as well as with the service personnel. One of the reasons I bought my car at Vern Eide was because of the service department manager, Brian Reichelt, who has always been friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable when I needed work done on my cars. Yesterday was another example of the satisfaction I have come to expect from the folks at Vern Eide.
