If I could give zero stars I would. I went there to purchase a vehicle and the same night on the way home I experienced problems which was 20 mins off the lot. I called them that same night on my way home I was told I would get a call the next day. I received no call back the next day I called 12pm and was told someone would return my call. I called again around 530pm no call back the next day. I called THE NEXT DAY and was told someone would call back and I actually received a call back from the very person I was told finance manager couldn’t help me. They advised to bring the car to their mechanic to have it looked at. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable I just bought the car on that Monday and I have to bring the car to be serviced which should’ve been prior to me leaving the lot. I went to the dealership and requested a refund I was told by the sales manager that it’s not possible only in cases of engine and transmission. I then allowed them to “fix” the vehicle I make my way home which is an hour and a half away and the steering wheel is now straight but GOING INTO OTHER LANES SLOWLY I call them immediately I’m told they were come get the car and do a FULL DIAGNOSTIC which should’ve already been done and that someone would call me just park the car until then. It’s been TWO DAYS since and no call back. I am highly disappointed and disgusted for the lack of accountability and also the lack of communication and integrity of this business. Now I’m stuck with a unworking vehicle DO NOT purchase anything from THESE FRAUDS. More

They lie to get you in the dealership. I spoke with them about the vehicle and explained that I found it in cars. I was asked about financing and told them we didn’t need it, I told them we were coming from a little over 4 hours away. When we got there, we were not allowed to test drive, we are in our 40’s and we’re driving our $63k truck. We were waiting for them to “get approval” for a test drive, when we were brought into another room with Lewis, he wanted to discuss the price, I said the lady on the phone confirmed the asking price was 18,995 but that you were extremely flexible, the owners will really work with you to make a sale. He said not only could they not go down on the price, that the actual price was nearly $24k. When I asked about calling g and discussing the price he just said yeah, that happens, we could either purchase it for that price or they could show us other vehicles, my wife and I got up and walked out. On the 4 hour ride home I tried calling around a dozen times, I would get hung up on, or put to a random mailbox with no name. I’m only leaving this review to save someone else the trouble of driving a long ways to be treated like an idiot. More
