My “diagnostic” test was $155 which I already knew that I had a battery issue due to my car notifying me, telling me that it was a battery issue. My battery cost a total of $259, FOR A BATTERY… Crazy but oka had a battery issue due to my car notifying me, telling me that it was a battery issue. Only reason I went to the dealership is because there were some type of poles around my battery causing the mechanic to not be able to get my old battery out. My total for a “diagnostic” test, that I didn’t need and a battery change, cost me $553… Insane to me… I called the “corporate” office and they told me that each dealership was privately owned and they could make their own prices… I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership ever again… What a total rip off. This visit was extremely underwhelming. My service advisor quit while my vehicle was being serviced. Additionally, I asked for a thorough inspection because I had a big road trip ahead but this was not completed. Actually, after my service, my vehicle had a new problem that was not present prior to drop off. I called to inquire and was told that the service manager would call me back to discuss a resolution but I never received that call. Management seems to be unorganized and unprofessional. More
