I dropped my vehicle off on April 15th (I was scheduled for the 16th). The did not get back to my until May 5th when the finally looked at my vehicle to tell me what was wrong with it. On June 10th I was t for the 16th). The did not get back to my until May 5th when the finally looked at my vehicle to tell me what was wrong with it. On June 10th I was told my vehicle would be ready at the end of the week. My vehicle was not completed until July 16th. I left and less than 20 minutes later my check engine light went off again. The service department is courteous and dependable, if there’s a problem the service manager is quick to respond and make sure the customer is satisfied! I have custom tires and wheels and they just replaced my tires needless to say I was very impressed with both price and service!! Only reason I do business with victory is, because of Mike. Mike’s customer service is top notch! Wish they had more people at Victory like him. I called Mike, asked if I could get a car to get my wife out of hospital. He was our only hope. He said he would make a way. He did! I got back same day and he didn't even charge me! Andy, in the service department, coordinated both pick up and drop off of my daughter's Jeep in Lawrence so that I did not have to miss work to bring it in for repair.
