My car needed a new battery. Dana quoted a price and I approved the price of the battery. Dana also said the technician would run a diagnostic. When I picked up my CR-V and paid the bill, she said the diagnostic was $99.00. Let me be clear, Dana never informed me that I would be charged. I feel duped and will never come back. I am considering leaving a negative review on google as well. Buyer beware is all I can say. More
