Service was completed timely. However the customer waiting area was a pig sty. Looked like it had been weeks since the floor had been vacuumed. First oil change and tire rotation, free at dealers. Thankful I could make an appointment the same afternoon I called, and wait for it to be completed. They were on time and it was ready when I return Thankful I could make an appointment the same afternoon I called, and wait for it to be completed. They were on time and it was ready when I returned from a walk in less that an hour, at the promised time. Mishawaka Basney doesn’t take appts, only Express Service with first come, first serve so when I arrived there at 3:45 the day before, they had no more appointments. Next day would have been a long wait not knowing what time is best or how many cars would be there. It was worth the drive to Michigan City to know what to expect time-wise. This dealer valued my time. More
