They had to go get my new 2026 Black Edition Ridgeline but they had no problem getting it for me. We had a small issue and they asked me how they ‘could make it right’ and they did. Sales process was decent Not sure about others options at the dealership. In all of my other car purchases a complimentary first oil change along with a vehicle check was included.
