If a recall you need to pick up my car fix and return to me. It’s inconvenient for me to drop off my car and be without it for something like a recall. I was in desperate need of a new to me car/suv. I told them my price range and they showed me some vehicles. They were nice and when I decided on one they couldn't get the price where I needed it t I told them my price range and they showed me some vehicles. They were nice and when I decided on one they couldn't get the price where I needed it to be. As I was in a rush they quickly put another car in front of me and said we can make this work. They still would NOT tell me the price just that they could make the payment work.THEY COULD NOT! I was pushed into a vehicle that is small because I was in a rush and they took advantage of that. I over paid for a car that needed maintenance almost immediately and they refused to cover it at first. After talking with my service tech (who was great) it got sorted out. I would not buy a car from them again. More

I can't even begin to explain the frustrations experienced with this dealership. It started with hidden fees and lack of clearly stated paperwork. Had to pay $800 for full car inspection (used c experienced with this dealership. It started with hidden fees and lack of clearly stated paperwork. Had to pay $800 for full car inspection (used car and hidden fee) and they missed pretty key things in their $800 inspection. Makes me wonder if the car was inspected at all. There we several other issues as well. Live and learn. Never again. More
