Victory Honda service is really sliding. $260 just to read the OBD code with no digging into what's actually wrong followed by a $6K quote to replace the CATs is crazy. I was a little disappointed in the way new tires were offered. First off, there is such a thing as 80k mile tires. My Service Rep did not know that. For the price she offered me on 40k mile tires, I knew offered. First off, there is such a thing as 80k mile tires. My Service Rep did not know that. For the price she offered me on 40k mile tires, I knew i could do much better at Costco. I also needed an alignment, which she asked if i wanted one, and anyone knows you are not supposed to get an alignment on a set of bad tires. But my sales rep appeared to not know that. This is the first time I really felt pushed to purchase something unnecessarily. I agree I needed new tires (which i announced i would buy at Costco) , but certainly not an alignment on a bad set of tires. More

We were able to get new tires that were in stock and received the service in a timely manner. I will new the tires were going to be expensive but, worth it to get alignment, rotation and service from pu received the service in a timely manner. The difference in price & service was actually cheaper at the Victory than going elsewhere. More
