I was a little disappointed in the way new tires were offered. First off, there is such a thing as 80k mile tires. My Service Rep did not know that. For the price she offered me on 40k mile tires, I knew offered. First off, there is such a thing as 80k mile tires. My Service Rep did not know that. For the price she offered me on 40k mile tires, I knew i could do much better at Costco. I also needed an alignment, which she asked if i wanted one, and anyone knows you are not supposed to get an alignment on a set of bad tires. But my sales rep appeared to not know that. This is the first time I really felt pushed to purchase something unnecessarily. I agree I needed new tires (which i announced i would buy at Costco) , but certainly not an alignment on a bad set of tires. More

We were able to get new tires that were in stock and received the service in a timely manner. I will new the tires were going to be expensive but, worth it to get alignment, rotation and service from pu received the service in a timely manner. I will new the tires were going to be expensive but, worth it to get alignment, rotation and service from purchasing the tires at the dealership than another vendor like America's Tire. The difference in price & service was actually cheaper at the Victory than going elsewhere. More

I did not expect to deal with they type of engine failure I experienced so soon from a 3 year old car. The car is a commuter, but required a new gasket, which resulted to a very costly repair. The staff seemed to be aware of the issue trending based on the type of engine. The staff helped a bit with reducing the cost of the issue, but still ended up spending a few thousand $$$$ for the repair. I wish Honda would see trending issues and expedited their recalls. The staff repeatedly said it was common. More
Had great service. Greated by our Sales personnel and moved right over to the service department. Service was completed and totally explained to us within 1.5 hours.
