First of all, they used the wrong oil to my car, my car uses a 5W30 oil and they used a 0W20. Second, when I was arriving to my home a light from my dashboard came on, low level oil alert. I called them an uses a 5W30 oil and they used a 0W20. Second, when I was arriving to my home a light from my dashboard came on, low level oil alert. I called them and they ask me to take my car back by my own to the dealership even with the alert on dashboard, them they sent someone to check my car and if fact the oil level was lower than normal. The mechanic had to change the oil again and took more time than I was planned. I had to delayed my planed family trip, drove my car with afraid of any future issues about the lower level oil alert, and I still paying for a “service” ???. I wouldn’t come back here. More
