I dropped off my car at night but also had booked the appointment online and specified what I wanted done for this service. I got a call first thing in the morning suggesting an additional $1500 in ser appointment online and specified what I wanted done for this service. I got a call first thing in the morning suggesting an additional $1500 in service after declining same when I booked appointment specifics online. Next was still an addtional $250 in service that I neither asked for nor wanted. This does affect my trust in the service department. My last visit in July included a major service that I discussed with the service tech then. Last week, it basically was suggested to pay for all the things I had paid for and more. Please refer to notes and hold on the relentless upsell. More
