Just purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid from Village Ford. I've been a customer for close to forty years and have purchased many vehicles from them and have always used them for service. This is THE best Ford dealership. Fantastic customer service, repairs done efficiently and correctly the first time, excellent and honest sales people and service advisors (Mark O'Bryant and Jim Burton for example). Also kudos to Ford Motor Company for taking care of their customers, including no charge for loaner vehicles and no charges for certain very expensive repairs even after warranty expiration. Highly recommended! More

took my van ford transit for three repairs , they charged $ 195.00 per rep just to loot at them . one of the repair the back winshield the defrost dont work i was told there ia a short in the glass glass mus $ 195.00 per rep just to loot at them . one of the repair the back winshield the defrost dont work i was told there ia a short in the glass glass must be replaced for $900.00 so i took the van to a windshield shop they replaced the back winshield for $500.00 and gues what that was not the problem the defrost still does not WORK when i picked up the van the windshield light came on telling me its low on fluid and the driver side window was a one push button it does not work anymore i called the service person that took my order he acted like he is doing me a favor i have no idea how that happens ? i told him i did not have the 2 problems when i brought the van to you .. so now i am $500.00 in the lost coz he diagnosed the back windshield wrong ill NEVER GO BACK TO VILLAGE FORD More
