Drove 70 mi past this dealer to save over $2400 at Mullinax I visited the Belleview Ford dealer 3 times in an attempt to buy a new 2017 F150. The internet price does not include what they call Dealer added opti I visited the Belleview Ford dealer 3 times in an attempt to buy a new 2017 F150. The internet price does not include what they call Dealer added options or prep fee which totaled about $2400. I wanted to order a new truck and receive it without the Dealer added options and was told they would not do that by both the salesman and the sales mgr. The sales mgr would not allow the salesman to break down the total price out the door. After my 3rd visit no one would return my calls or emails including the salesman,sales mgr,or the general manager. What a way to run a business! I simply drove by the Belleview Ford dealer 71 miles to Mullinax Ford and purchased a new F150 that had no Dealer added options or prep fee saving over $2400. More

I found out from another Ford Dealer, that the Lease Residual for the same vehicle was 55%,and that was set by Ford Corporation, not the dealer. Village Ford lost a sale because of this! More

Found a chosen vehicle and told salesman ( Drew Peterson) I wanted the "out the door" price with all charges and fees included so that I could make comparisons. I was given a very good price and went back the next day wanting to purchase this vehicle. Asked three more times if this price included all charges and fees and was told that it did. Requested to have this quote put in writing and when he gave a written break-down the price was $4000 more. When questioned Peterson stated that the lower price he quoted was the "internet price" and that every incentive, Ford offered, was included. I would need to be eligible for every Ford incentive to get this price. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Very, very, deceptive. Needless to say I walked out and they did not get a sale. More
