Vann Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

I recently took my vehicle there for service. The issue was a uconnect error. The dealership took the vehicle in for service and advised me they could not fix the issue without the code being dis The issue was a uconnect error. The dealership took the vehicle in for service and advised me they could not fix the issue without the code being displayed at the time of service. My complaint is they charged me $222.85 for a diagnostic fee. If they knew they could not fix it without an active code why take it in for service? On top of not fixing the problem and charging for something they knew they could not fix, I found a part on dash that was not reinstalled. Beware of this dedealership!! More
