My issue has not been resolved. The service dept doesn't know if they will be able to get a part to fix my vehicle, despite being the ones who replaced that part last year. I brought my truck in for a headlight repair. I was told at the time of drop-off on a Friday that the service would be covered under warranty. I was also told the part would arrive the next day. I called myself to find out the part needed for service had still not arrived and would arrive days later. After finally completing the service, the dealership was expecting to charge me for the service even though at the time of initially dropping the vehicle off, Johnny told me it would be covered under warranty and that information would be placed into my file for reference.
