Service manager was pathetic. Didn’t look at my truck when expected. I left my truck two overnights and it got an oil change. Second day was never looked at. I called at 5pm and was told due to shortage nothing further will be done with the truck pee my specific instructions the night before. I picked it up very irate with him. Not a happy customer who’s been buying vehicles from this dealership for over thirty years. More

Within the past 18-24 months the service department has gone downhill. Lack of communication, unable to get someone on the phone, and they don't return your calls.
