I experienced trouble with my plug-in hybrid while driving thru Canandaigua on a Friday. I called the service department and spoke to Kelly Bailey. It was near the end of the day but she said to bring driving thru Canandaigua on a Friday. I called the service department and spoke to Kelly Bailey. It was near the end of the day but she said to bring the car in and someone would look at it. The problem required the replacement of a part which couldn't be obtained until Monday or Tuesday. Kelly set me up with a loaner car, my car was repaired on Wednesday and I was back on the road. Kelly was extremely helpful and I very much appreciate her and the service techs who took care of the situation. More

I am always happy with the service I receive, and the treatment given to me as a customer. The one thing I wish could be improved is the interface for the online appointment scheduler. This time around, I made an appointment but somehow it didn't register, so I showed up and did not in fact have an appointment.
