I’m a first timer at Viti Mercedes Benz, had an emergency with a flat tire, customer service was helpful and guided me on what to do, for my car towed on time, got a loaner so my day went by smooth. Another excellent service experience with Viti. Have been a customer now for over 10 years with this C300 being the fourth car purchased and serviced there. I went in for routine service.. they kept my car for over 24 hours without letting me know. Absolutely no communication! When I got my car back they hadn’t cleaned inside and no sticker !!
