I’m a first timer at Viti Mercedes Benz, had an emergency with a flat tire, customer service was helpful and guided me on what to do, for my car towed on time, got a loaner so my day went by smooth. One day with a flat tire, customer service was helpful and guided me on what to do, for my car towed on time, got a loaner so my day went by smooth. One day later for my car fixed and delivered to my workplace, car cleaned outside and inside. It seems this dealer stick to their promise of quality customer service. I am very satisfied. More
Another excellent service experience with Viti. Have been a customer now for over 10 years with this C300 being the fourth car purchased and serviced there. Can't think of any service experience issues in al a customer now for over 10 years with this C300 being the fourth car purchased and serviced there. Can't think of any service experience issues in all that time. This was a "B" service and though the car was going to be kept overnight, they managed to get it back to me by evening supper. Loaner car drivers courteous and pleasant individuals. More
I went in for routine service.. they kept my car for over 24 hours without letting me know. Absolutely no communication! When I got my car back they hadn’t cleaned inside and no sticker !! It's a very rare thing to find an auto dealer that treats you as well if you just bought a $100,000 new Mercedes from them, or if you are a Mercedes owner and just brought your car in for a service. Viti earned my trust made a repeat customer out of me in the future for not only service, but I will very likely purchase my next car from them. I have always worried about dealer service costs and those "hidden problems" that become more costly than anticipated. More
