Service included tire rotation and oil change. When I got home we checked the lug nuts and found most of them required a quarter of a turn. Then when we went to get the lug nut key to check it the key was missing. I called and told the young lady who answered the call about it. She did not transfer me to the service department but rather put me on hold a couple of times for a total of almost 20 minutes. I asked that she relay my message to the service manager and that I'd like a call back to discuss. They were able to locate my key and I went to pick it up. The next day I spoke to someone in sales on a different matter and told him about it who contacted the service manager who then called me to discuss immediately after. Took it in Wednesday about 4:30 pm, Advised they would check it and call me next day.l I had to call them the afternoon and they weren't finished checking it over even though my appointment was for 7:30AM check it and call me next day.l I had to call them the afternoon and they weren't finished checking it over even though my appointment was for 7:30AM.. Said I needed a new fuel pump which they could do next day. They called before 5PM and said it was done I paid my co-payment and the rest was paid by the insurance. I have not been contacted yet about fthe urther repairs that they suggested should be done. More
Unacceptable. I was contacted on July 29 by Ms. America from your department and was offered an oil change starting at $99. and free tire rotation. I understood that depending on the amount oil my jeep would take that would be the charge and not going over the $99 mark too much plus tax. I had initially scheduled my appointment for the 8th of August yet I had to reschedule due to an emergency. I rescheduled my oil change/tire rotation service for Saturday August 16. My husband Jessy took my jeep in and was charged $168.96. This charge included a fee for the tire rotation which I had been told twice that it would be free of charge. When I called to reschedule the young lady (no name remembered) confirmed the free tire rotation service and the oil change fee of $99 plus tax depending on the amount of oil needed. My husband was told that we did not have any free service for tire rotation and was not given the opportunity to explain. I feel this is wrong and we should be reimbursed the fee for tire rotation. I understand if we knew that there was going to be a fee for the tire rotation and we had accepted it, it would be right to charge yet if we were contacted with a special or offer your place of business should keep their word and have team communication on your sales and offers so everyone is on the same page. Your bad service, you will loose customers this way. More
