I had hoped your form would have provided for a "very good" category, because my experience was very good. The only place Mr. Varela could have improved was making sure that he remembered what his customer had asked for and remembered it (even though his customer forgot about it). I asked for a car fax on the truck and I forgot about getting it - - and Raul also forgot about it. Had he remembered it, I would have given him the "great" rating. We ended up walking away that day, but I was so impressed by Adrian's attitude that I did not mind when my husband wanted to go back after we had secured a loan that we were happy with. I took my car in for repair, there was a piece missing from my car. They insisted that it was not there when I dropped it off. I spoke with the GM Vince Armijo, he told me ( in so many words, that he did from my car. They insisted that it was not there when I dropped it off. I think that was very poor choice of words and lack of customer service, it was like accusing me of lying and I was blaming him for taking it. I just thought it might be misplaced. This resulted in a shouting match in the main floor. (in which I stooped down to his level, and I am guilty of). I will NEVER do business with Lithia Again. They need to employ people with management experience and customer service skills. I cannot even give them one star. I am so disappointed in that dealership and the personal (Vince Armijo) they employ. More
