Could have gone above and beyond to provide something exceptional, they failed to do so. For the second time in 2.5 years I needed exhaust manifold service. The blame was placed on poor quality parts fro exceptional, they failed to do so. For the second time in 2.5 years I needed exhaust manifold service. The blame was placed on poor quality parts from MOPAR. I was told to call them to try to get some financial relief but after 1.5 hours and multiple calls, no responsibility was taken. I asked if the dealership could help..NO. I asked if they could extend the warranty since this looks like it will happen again in a few years...NO. I was clearly upset to have to spend 2,000 due to faulty parts and you'd think something would be offered as a goodwill gesture...No. It's very easy to say no, excellent service finds a way to say yes to something. Chuy and trainee were great. Made the process easy. Happy with their service. I had mentioned a small dent and a deep scratch on the car and they said it would be taken care. I would expect that from a used car but not a new one. Also was promised a full charge and that too was not given. We got the car on a Sat they kept it for updates, I assumed to get charge and get dent and scratched fixed and only thing that got done was the update. We got the car late Mon and still just the update was done. I took the car back to get the full charge and left it for 3 and half hours still didn't get a full charge. More
