The service department of this dealership helped me out in a big way when I was visiting from out of state and having trouble with my FORD truck! I was driving through Kalkaska, MI on a horse trip as part of the Shore to Shore trail ride across the state of Michigan. I was from out of state and was in a bind as the "check engine" light came on in my F350 Ford truck. I took my truck to Serra Ford early on the morning of June 6, 2024 before they were open and left it with an explanation of my situation. They called me at 7:15am and told me that they "would be happy to take a look at my truck in 3 weeks if i could leave it there?" I asked if they could even tell me if it was safe to drive? They said that they would have to evaluate it to find that out and that they didn't have any time to do that! I was furious with their lack of customer service for a FORD owner from out of state in need of help! So I called the Chevrolet Dealership next door (Voice Motor Sales) and they were willing to work me into their schedule and even offered to WALK OVER TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP TO GET MY TRUCK!!! They had to order parts and had my truck fixed that day! So the Chevy dealership fixed my FORD truck for me!!! More
