I have been calling on several occasions regarding my 2019 Atlas Here is a list of conversations: • March 5 $2000 VW Clearlake Down payment part I have been calling on several occasions regarding my 2019 Atlas Here is a list of conversations: • March 5 $2000 VW Clearlake Down payment partial • March 7 $500 VW Clearlake down payment • March 8 Picked up vehicle • March 9 Contacted Dylan about wheel shaking when pressing brakes • March 12 Contacted Dylan about bringing vehicle in date • March 17 Contacted Dylan Still waiting to bring Atlas in • April • Contract had to be resigned due to a financing issue. The vehicle was left to be diagnosed for check engine light and wheel shaking • Spoke to Luke about returning the vehicle due to problems not resolved. Reassured me that he would be taken care of. I was told the vehicle is safe to drive. • I was told Atlas needed a steering kit that was on back order for a year and once received I would get a call and the part would be installed. I never received a call. I called the Parts Dept on July 3, 2025, and was told the part was in. I was transferred to service and an appointment was set up to bring the vehicle in on July 8, 2025. I dropped it off on the 7th due to transportation and work. Spoke to Tyler for status and told tech is ready to install. Just waiting approval from Luke to see if they will be paying for it. I was told the vehicle is out of warranty and it is not. I was supposed to receive a call back from Luke today after being on hold for 30 minutes on Saturday. Several calls have been made. This is not how businesses should operate. I have to pay someone or Uber to work. In the process of getting the vehicle everyone was quick to assist. Now, I can't get any communication. I will be expecting a call back today. Please reply today. I feel as though I have been saddled with a Lemon and might need to investigate the Lemon Law or/and get an attorney. I was so excited to work with you all and now feel this may have been the worst mistake of my life. There is a lack of urgency and respect for your customers. This is the new location for the dealership, it’s very spacious with plenty of space to not feels so cramped. The service department did a great job on my vehicle.
