I am extremely happy with my experience at Volkswagen of Clear Lake. I ordered my 2022 GTI through salesman Mike Salono and manager Tommy. I was updated throughout the time I had to wait for my car to arriv Clear Lake. I ordered my 2022 GTI through salesman Mike Salono and manager Tommy. Never at any point did they make me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the car buying process. Worst car buying experience ever! Finance lady lied to our faces. Lied to us about being able to remove extended warranty we did not want. After over 30 minutes of her offering to lower interest rate and our faces. Lied to us about being able to remove extended warranty we did not want. After over 30 minutes of her offering to lower interest rate and cut the warranty price in half we finally got her to remove it from the contract after her saying it was final and sent to the bank. She was very disrespectful and misleading. After putting 15 k down and paying full price I couldn’t believe how we were treated. Never again will I deal with Volkswagen after this experience. More

Have been trying for 4 months to get my extended warranties cancelled and no luck. Have been to back already 4 times and it still has not been processed. Waited for 4 hours for the finance person to be a complete jerk. Refusing to answer questions to someone not on the note but the new owner was standing right there.
