Volkswagen Clear Lake

We had a wonderful experience at VW of Clear Lake. We first met with Raul and got set up with a test drive in a 2019 Taureg. We really liked the older car. But we wanted a 2022 model. Shanicy was very helpful in pointing out the features of the newer car and guided us through the purchase process. The only downside to our experience was the long wait to get to the finance lady to sign papers. Pretty disappointed with this website being so out of date that our salespeople are not listed below. Literally the worse experience ever, 1st I could not bring outside finance, then they to not want me to finance with them and refinance immediately after. If I refinance somewhere after they want to mar bring outside finance, then they to not want me to finance with them and refinance immediately after. If I refinance somewhere after they want to mark the price of the vehicle up by 15%, this way they can make more money. None of this was told to me until after they pulled my credit, and 5 hours later. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. The manager that I have called for several times has still yet to return my call. More
