Rear brakes were replace at 16000 miles due to premature wear and now 10,000 miles later need to be replaced again. They refuse to honor the parts warranty and neither Sheppard nor VW will stand behind thei wear and now 10,000 miles later need to be replaced again. They refuse to honor the parts warranty and neither Sheppard nor VW will stand behind their parts or work. It looks like I am on the hook for new brakes every year or so unless I trade this car in. Brake pads are supposed to last around 70,000 miles so this is totally unacceptable. I will not be returning here for anything. More
