The service associates at rhe receiving desk are not only helpful. But they are polite and sociable. My service associate is Ray Massey. I trust my 'Black Stallion' and my safety explicitly with him. He always does everything he can to accommodate my needs and my schedule. We met at another dealership When he left there I followed him to Fall River. It is so comforting to know your car will be serviced to the best possible at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Audi VW Fall River to service your Volkswagon. I can assume service for an Audi would be commensurate. Drive safely and confident with service from Audi Volkswagon Fall River. More

I was warned that the bearing could be at fault, and the sensor could break again. I took that risk. After the service, I was told all the lights were off due to the sensor being fixed. The moment I drove off the lot, all the lights for the wheel speed sensor went back on. I turned around and the service department was closed. This car was never road tested to see if the sensor was fixed. There was no diagnosis performed to tell me what the problem was. The recorded complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash was not performed either. I essentially paid 400$ in labor to get a bolt removed and left that day no closer to fixing my car. I would have expected more troubleshooting and communication on what the issue could have been going forward. Not just the guess I was given in the dealership that morning. More
