I had an outstanding experience at Volkswagen of Thousand Oaks and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The service team truly went above and beyond. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure the car was in perfect condition before returning it to me. The workmanship was excellent, and my car drives like new. What really stood out was how kind, patient, and respectful everyone was—from check-in to pick-up. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines top-tier technical work with genuine customer care, but VW Thousand Oaks does exactly that.
