Had my car for a month and still telling me they don't know what's wrong and it's not their fault they are short handed. Extremely rude and unimpressive reps at the desk. Didn't even look good from their know what's wrong and it's not their fault they are short handed. Extremely rude and unimpressive reps at the desk. Didn't even look good from their phones or tablets when we walked in the door and then acted very put out because they had to get up and help us I was treated very rudely by Nicole in particular and have been told several times by the service manager he can't figure it out and that they're understaffed it's not his fault but here it is a month later and I'm out my car this will be the second rental car that I've had to pay for to take a trip out of town because the loaner they gave me they said they weren't don't allow animals in and I have to go take a trip to Austin to go see a doctor and my service animal has to go with me when I brought up my service animal I was told by Nicole I sure hope you clean it up good or we're going to charge you $250 as if I was inconveniencing her by even having to get a loaner after they've had my car this long I will probably sell my car as soon as I can get it back if I ever get it back and I'll never do business with Volkswagen again hopefully I can at least recoup some of the money that I wasted on paying for the extended service or the warranty package that when Brian sold it to me after I'd already paid the money for the car this was after an extra the selling point was I wouldn't have to worry about it if something went wrong with the car and they would be able to help me to get back on the road as quickly as possible I received no help nothing but poor attitudes and excuses I feel like I have been lied to and misled everyone was very nice to me when they tried to sell me something and they were really nice when they took my check for the car and the check for this warranty coverage however when I come to use what I've paid for I get treated like they can't be bothered and can't even give me a reasonable explanation of what's wrong after a month this is inexcusable and not acceptable to me More
