I had several small issues that needed attention. I was told my wait time would be an hour, possibly a little more. It was just about an hour. I was able to set up the appointment and was able to discuss the problem with Tyler. I was provided with a very nice loner car, and the assumption was it was going to be a long duration repair. I got t discuss the problem with Tyler. I was provided with a very nice loner car, and the assumption was it was going to be a long duration repair. I got the Passat down to Eau Claire on that Tuesday morning and by that afternoon they had it fixed. I had to wait until Friday to pick it up but that was because of a snowstorm and Thanksgiving.
