Sales person Todd did an outstanding job finding the vehicle that met our needs at a fair price. The finance manger made me a bit concerned. He printed some finance documents and after my wife and I s vehicle that met our needs at a fair price. The finance manger made me a bit concerned. He printed some finance documents and after my wife and I signed recognized an error and reprinted them. He put the documents in his trash can and after we asked to get them back he said he would shred them later. He needs to be instructed to destroy them in front of the customers. Thankfully I have Life Lock and if there is any issue they will resolve and prosecute on my behalf. More
