Jim was great from beginning greeting me at my door and getting my mom and I to shuttle for shopping while I got my Defender serviced. Horrible. At 3,000 miles I noticed a tire defect. After another 500 to 1000 miles the same tire developed the same issue in another spot. I had to go there f At 3,000 miles I noticed a tire defect. After another 500 to 1000 miles the same tire developed the same issue in another spot. I had to go there for a recall and showed them the tire. After looking they said they ordered me a new one and would call me. I never receive a call. I contacted them and no one would return my call. Finally after numerous attempts they said that it was road hazard. I went to several tire companies in my area, who all said it is a defective tire and that I should hire an attorney. I was also told by VW that it was not dangerous. Was told by locals if it blew it would cause me to merge into oncoming traffic. They offered to put this tire on the back for me free of charge until I can get a new one. Most horrible experience that I have ever had with a dealership. More
The dealership is great, however the service center majorly lacks. It shouldn't take 4 hours to do an oil change majorly lacks. It shouldn't take 4 hours to do an oil change More
The dealership offered good service for oil service. After discovering low tire tread, they were quick to order the replacement tires and had them placed in a timely fashion. They said it will take 4 days before dropping the vehicle, but took 4 weeks to complete the service and return it. This is not the first time and same happened earlier. Service was okay had a small issue with parts on being informed that my car needed to be there at dealership to program my car after i ordered a key..but had problem with tow company and service dept fixe informed that my car needed to be there at dealership to program my car after i ordered a key..but had problem with tow company and service dept fixed all and did a factory recall...wish it would not have taken the length of time but all in all service dept seems to have did a good job on my VW More
