Mr. Scott Anderson is top notch! I recently purchased an Audi R8 at this dealership and I have to say to date it was the best car buying experience I have had. From the moment I contacted the dealership about my vehicle, Mr. Anderson was the most friendly, transparent and helpful car sales person I've ever dealt with. He was just as enthusiastic about the vehicle as I was. Living out of state, Scott communicated back-and-forth with me on a regular basis, sent videos and help make my car buying experience very positive. Hands down the best dealer customer service I've encountered. As far as Audi dealerships go, this Volkswagen/Audi dealership in Naples is the best. I've dealt with several other Audi dealerships for the last 20 years and it be quite honest...... they suck! Not in Naples, you can tell they have a different culture there.
