The repair to my car was done as requested. The "service" aspect was as mediocre as expected. No one called to let me know my car was ready. I called at 5 pm. It was ready. I got there and I was the only customer picking up at that late hour. The employees still there were all chatting with each other. My car was blocked in by another customer's car that didn't have the numbered hang tag in it so they struggled for 15 minutes to find the keys to move it. Lastly, they said they were going to do a complementary car wash. They didn't and I pulled out the paper floor mat and plastic that they put on the seat. Don't say you will do something and not do it. It seemed clear to me that my car was repaired, parked outside and forgotten about. But the repair was done right. The service touch is lacking. More
