Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Complimentary services are important to me, The lack of attention to something so simple reflects poor management. Very limited coffee, no sugar, no hot chocolate and no water. Not once but twice within 2 weeks. Keep in mind it was -6° in January. The least they could do for waiting customers was go to Fairplay, which is less than a mile from the dealer ship to get sugar. Dont expect complimentary refreshments at the Oaklawn location. Go to Countryside or City VW. They never miss! More

I bought a 2025 VW Tiguan R Line in September. I have had nothing but issues with it. When I contact the dealership, they either tell me they don't know the issue because the car is a new model or I have had nothing but issues with it.
