recently visited this dealership and worked with Andy, who was truly wonderful. Andy was friendly, patient, and made the sales process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I genuinely appreciated the way he treated us throughout the experience. However, I was disappointed by the interaction my father had with the general manager. The tone and language used came across as patronizing, which was unexpected and left a negative impression. Respect and courtesy go a long way, especially in customer-facing roles, and this part of the experience fell short. Overall, Andy provided exceptional service, but I hope the dealership addresses the professionalism and communication style of its management team moving forward. More
