VW service mgr and the VW VP(? )-bulky gentleman, refused my daughter's oilchange even though it was on the 'we owe'. After I had to send her copy to her. She set them straight. BTW, she bought a "certified" vehicle from your dealership. Everything was checked off as in perfect order. IT WASN'T. **The windshield had a large spot hit by a rock and very visible in the passenger side, center. **The air filter had not been checked since it was filthy. **the Cabin air filter was filthy. **Both windshield wipers were ripped. Everything above was checked off as in excellent condition. I truly doubt this I wonderwhat else was not checked or covered up Whomever serviced this Atlas should be terminated. I've taken my car to other VW dealerships for convenience in my schedule – but after terrible experiences I decided to clear up my schedule to make it up to Orland. I am so happy I did, they checked out all in my schedule – but after terrible experiences I decided to clear up my schedule to make it up to Orland. I am so happy I did, they checked out all of my concerns and gave me a full report. Everyone (especially Avaldo) was so friendly, professional and I felt like I was there for an appropriate amount of time (not too long as if they were over booked but enough time to run diagnostics etc.)! I did a google review He was rude 5 stars to buy a car but for service Zero stars if i could. The service guy Gerarrado is the worst!! He talks to you with such arrogance. Just because im a woman does not but for service Zero stars if i could. The service guy Gerarrado is the worst!! He talks to you with such arrogance. Just because im a woman does not mean i dont know about cars. He tried telling me after my 2hr service that my valve caps were stuck to my tires and corroded (okay fine) he tried to take them off because they have lines of pressure on the caps. Next day i roll out of my driveway to go to work and my car alerts “check all tire pressure” immediately called Gerrardo and looked at my tires. My back right tire had no valve cap on it and there was a screw at the top of my tire. I call to tell him and tell him its ironic you tell me my valve caps are stuck and now im getting this alert on my car. He had the audacity to tell me “well coincidences happen” oh and hot and cold weather cause the tire pressure to change. I told him all summer and winter long i drove and not one alert about tire pressure was popping up in my car. His pompous behavior and attitude need to be called out for. Id rather drive to xxxx to get my car checked then to go to orland park to service my car. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Update: it only cost me $9 to replace my valve stems when i was quoted over $350 to replace them at VW. More
