A few of them on the lot needed updates, so the team expedited the one we wanted and had it ready for pickup the next day. From start to finish, the experience was excellent — Luis was outstanding and truly knows the Volvo brand. On the sales management side, we began working with Tony and finalized the deal with Bo. They were transparent throughout the entire process, and we were able to get everything completed smoothly. The next morning, once the update was done, we came back to complete the finance paperwork. I definitely recommend this dealership. They listened, were never pushy, and made the whole process easy. (Plus, they have Skittles in the showroom!) More

Friendly when making appointment and friendly when I got to dealer. Was in for 20K check up and oil change. In the past 3 days my computer system in the car has shut down and I assume rebooted three different times. I was not told that that was going to happen so I assume it's a problem and will have to make another appointment to have that rectified. I wish the scree map could be made bigger as you can not drive and read the street names at all. More
