I had my car towed to closest Volvo dealer in Manasquan and I have to say that from the beginning I had very good feeling that my car is in good hands. Service was excellent. I brought my 2021 XC60 in for recommended--and free--service and was in and out in about an hour and one-half. I thought the techs were just going I brought my 2021 XC60 in for recommended--and free--service and was in and out in about an hour and one-half. I thought the techs were just going to do the basics like changing the oil and generally checking the car over, but was surprised to learn that they replaced the front rotors and brake pads because they saw what seemed to be excessive wear (and probably warping if they had to replace the rotors!) I'm very pleased they found the brake problem and especially glad it was covered under warranty! (But I must say I was really surprised about the brake wear since the car only has 12,200 miles on it!) BTW, the facility has just been rebuilt/remodeled and it's really a SOTA dealership/store now. They also have a large inventory of new and late model Volvos to choose from while other brand dealers still have low inventories on their products. More
