Went in to get a windshield replacement and afterwards I noticed that both A pillars were dirty with what I figured to be residue from the adhesive that was used. Not too pleased with that. I also had a fro noticed that both A pillars were dirty with what I figured to be residue from the adhesive that was used. Not too pleased with that. I also had a front end noise coming from the vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to save me an extra trip to the dealer but upon taking the car on a test drive myself I noticed that the same exact noise was still present even though I was told that the issue was resolved. Going on a road road trip next week, hopefully all will be well. Communication, loaner vehicle and transaction was as expected but in the end customers want their vehicle to be repaired properly because I believe that everybody's time is valuable. More
