I made an appointment to test drive an 2025 Volvo XC 90 Plug-In Hybrid in Palo Alto dealership. When I got to the dealership the sales rep forgot to charge the battery of the vehicle, so I could not experi Plug-In Hybrid in Palo Alto dealership. When I got to the dealership the sales rep forgot to charge the battery of the vehicle, so I could not experience how the battery performed. In addtion I asked for a white 2025. The rep than proceeded to pressure me to look at a 2023 model (which was white) but not what I asked for. When I opened the door of the 2023 model I noticed that multiple stains on both front seats (perhaps water damage) and the front driver seat inside door was repair (colors did not exactly match). Also, the rep told me that he could only look for a 2025 white exterier/light interior if a left a non-refundable deposit!!!! I felt very pressured when the brought a second person in to let me know that the 2023 model was exactly the same as 2025 (which it's not just looking at the trim type) and felt very disrespected as a woman purchaser. Needless to say, the dealership lost the sale as well as my trade in. Based on the experience I purchased another car (not Volvo) from a different dealership. More

We bought out car here. Extremely satisfied! We have gone to different dealerships around Palo Alto, Mountain View & San Jose. So far this is the best dealership. I recomme Extremely satisfied! I have received so many blast emails from this dealership asking questions and following up on quotes never sent. I have responded to the emails and asked them not to contact me but I still get blast emails. asking questions and following up on quotes never sent.
