I am writing to express our extreme frustration with the experience we’ve had following the purchase of our vehicle from your Plymouth location. We purchased the vehicle knowing it required a part and were experience we’ve had following the purchase of our vehicle from your Plymouth location. We purchased the vehicle knowing it required a part and were told it would arrive within one to two weeks. However, after that initial conversation, communication completely broke down. We received no updates for the first two weeks of October and only learned—after we reached out to the salesman—that the expected date had changed to October 16th. When we still heard nothing, I personally contacted Sonny, who then referred us to someone else citing family emergency. My husband later called and spoke with his wife (who was at work), who said we would receive a call back. Eventually, we were informed that the part will not arrive until November 6th. This is unacceptable, especially given that our first payment is due November 14th, and we still have not received the vehicle. The lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability from the Plymouth team has been incredibly disappointing. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and disruption for our family. At this point, we are seriously considering withdrawing from the deal altogether due to the ongoing delays and lack of care shown throughout this process. Test drove the 2021 XC60 on the 11/16 and told them i would buy once rims were fixed as they had extreme curb rash on them. Was told car would be ready on 11/22 or 11/23 the latest and then received a ca would buy once rims were fixed as they had extreme curb rash on them. Was told car would be ready on 11/22 or 11/23 the latest and then received a call on Thursday the 11/21 that it wouldn't be ready till Monday afternoon as they had to replace brakes and windshield. Was going to head up there and was now be told Hopefully the car would be ready Tuesday. Monday night was told car was all set and set an appointment for 9am to do the paperwork. Showed up there on Tusday at 9am car was up front cleaned and went to look at it and not 1 rim was repaired. spent 45 mins driving there again for the car not to be ready to be picked up. sales person should of called and told me it wasn't done and wasted my time going up there. They ended up having to fix it that day and deliver it to me as I told them If car wasn't ready I didn't want it. Now cause of Thanksgiving had to wait till Monday 12/2 to try and get registration, My insurance lady called me on Monday at 12.36pm saying she was stamping the forms and sending back to them. Now its Friday 12/6 and call them to ask where it is and they said my insurance never stamped and sent to them which my lady forwarded me the email that was sent so he was not telling the truth. Today id 12/9 and still don't have registertion so no sticker and can not drive the car. This has been my worst Experiences and most aggravating purchase I have ever had and I have bought over 25 cars. More
