We recently drove back to Princeton and bought our 2nd Volvo. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. We were met by Laura as the receptionist and she could not have been any more pleasant. Then we reconnected with the salesman, Paul Melhus, who had previously sold us a S60 in January. My wife and I can't imagine a car salesman being any more kind and cooperative. Paul is a true gentleman and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Finally, we met with Craig - the finances professional. Craig was terrific. He explained everything very effectively and eased our collective minds as we signed what seems like 368 papers. All-in-all it was a great experience. More
