They were faced with not having a loaner car available when I got dropped my car off. They scrambled, made phone calls, etc. to get me a care within 30 minutes. Then, my car wasn't ready until rush hour. Rather than having me drive thru rush hour traffic, they had one of their drivers bring my car to me. Outstanding team effort to make sure I was happy! Accommodating and quick service I had a service appt for Tuesday but on Friday a light came on. I took it in on Saturday at noon and Bill gave me a loaner, updated the software and I had a service appt for Tuesday but on Friday a light came on.
