After researching and driving numerous brands of sedans, we bought a new 2013 Volvo S60 T5. They gave us a fair dollar amount for our trade-ins (we had two). The entire buying experience was excellent overall. We have owned the car for only a couple of weeks and are very happy with our purchase. More

Expensive oil change, unable to determine if multi-point inspection was done much less tire pressure check. I purchased a 2006 xc90 volvo from Coast Volvo. After making a trip I had several problems which require that the car be left in the shop for repairs. This car rolls back when you are on an incline. I was told by my salesman that I would get 24 to 27 miles per gallon and after driving it a few weeks my fuel registers 18.23 miles per gallon. I spoke to the shop about this and they said that I need to add fuel additives. This is a 6 cylinder vehicle. I asked the manager to trade me out of this vehicle because I this is not a reliable and safe vehicle. They will not trade without a large amount of cash. After speaking with different dealerships I was told that I am at least $10,000 upside down on this car. I was assured that when the lease trades came in around December of 2008 he will find something but I have not heard from him. I do not recommend Coast Volvo. More
